I have spent my career inside infrastructure. Not consulting from the outside, not reading about it. Actually managing the systems that businesses depend on to operate. Servers, networks, backups, security, automation. The work that happens in the background and only gets noticed when something breaks.
That experience is what Tidal Banks is built on. Everything I offer to clients I have done in a production environment with real stakes. I know what an unpatched system costs when a vulnerability drops. I know how much easier everything gets when the right monitoring is in place.
I started Tidal Banks because I kept seeing small businesses running serious infrastructure with nobody watching it properly. That felt like a problem worth solving.
Most businesses treat their infrastructure as an afterthought until something breaks. I treat it as something worth caring about every single week.
