Warranty

Because of the type of services we provide, our services are not covered by any warranty.

All time spent working on a task is billable, regardless of the final result.

We’re happy to advise you on the estimated effort needed to resolve an issue or implement a solution, but it’s your responsibility to inform us if you want to set a limit on the number of hours for any engagement.

Emergency consultations will be billed at a rate of $300 per hour.

Rates

Consultation -

Consultation with Tidal Banks Technology is $150 per hour. Estimates can be provided up front if the scope of work is clearly defined.

Asset Protection -

Monthly pricing for managed system protection (endpoints, servers, cloud accounts, etc.) is highly dependent on the type of asset. A satisfactory rate will be mutually agreed on prior to the engagement. We do not offer "levels" of protection. We only use the best of the best when it comes to the security/management suite offered. If that is not desired, we simply won’t take on the engagement.

Monitoring and Backups -

Monitoring and backup services are highly dependent on the customer environment, and a satisfactory monthly rate will be mutually agreed upon prior to the engagement.

Cloud Services -

Cloud administration can be purchased as an ongoing service, with pricing determined during discovery consultation. Migration and implementation services will be billed at the Consultation rate. Currently, cloud services are limited to Azure.
